The Head of eCommerce will have full accountability for the digital strategy and execution across the Optimum footprint. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy, driving customer acquisition, base management and creating a best-in-class digital customer experience. This leader will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for driving the performance tied to gross adds and ROI targets. This leader will be transformation oriented with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance and open mindedness to lead and drive change.
