About The Position

The Cadillac Formula 1 ® Team is seeking a VP of Digital Marketing to lead a high-performing team in creating world-class digital experiences for fans, sponsors, and partners. This role involves setting the strategic direction for all digital initiatives, combining creativity, analytics, and performance marketing to deliver measurable growth. The position is responsible for developing and executing the global digital marketing strategy across various platforms, leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing content production, driving fan engagement and commercial growth through innovative campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to integrate digital strategies. The VP will also analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI, while staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles, driving fan acquisition, running social accounts, building fan bases, preferably within sports, entertainment, or high-performance industries
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of global social media platforms, digital analytics, content marketing and paid media
  • Creativity combined with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience managing high-profile campaigns and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • This role is subject to U.S. export control restrictions. Successful candidates must either be a U.S. Person (defined by U.S. law as U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) or a non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required export control authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the team’s global digital marketing strategy across social media, content, SEO/SEM, email and emerging platforms
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, content creators, designers and analysts working closely with our Creative team
  • Oversee the production of engaging, high-quality digital content aligned with brand values and sporting objectives driving both digital and social marketing forward, building and growing our fanbase.
  • Drive fan engagement and commercial growth through innovative digital campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, PR, and technical teams to integrate digital strategies into broader team objectives
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
