Turn/River Capital is seeking a VP, Customer Retention to join their Operations team. This role will focus on two primary areas: contributing to and owning the Turn/River sales playbook, which guides portfolio companies on accelerating renewal sales in a SaaS/B2B environment, and partnering with sales leaders at a subset of portfolio companies to help them exceed their renewal sales targets. The VP will achieve this by structuring improvements focused on key growth levers: Volume (expansion and price increases on renewals), Conversion (Gross Retention %), and Price (Net Retention % and Contract Terms).
