Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer issues for those considering closing their accounts and offer solutions to retain them.
Ensure that all tasks meet quality standards and comply with regulations by following established procedures and company guidelines.
Educate customers on benefits, rewards, and features of retaining the account.
Maintain control of conversations and appropriately answer customer objections and questions.
