About The Position

Cramer is seeking a VP, Creative to lead high-impact brand experiences that captivate audiences and drive measurable results. This role involves working closely with creative, strategy, account, production, and technology teams to push ideas from concept through execution across experiential, live events, and integrated marketing campaigns. The focus will be on events and experiential clients, with the expectation of having the range to take big ideas further. The VP, Creative will set the creative standard, push the work to be better, and guide teams through the creative process. While starting as an individual contributor with strong creative authority, there is an opportunity to grow into a people management role and build a team. The position requires close collaboration with account directors and executive producers to align creative vision with brand strategy, and strong presentation skills to confidently sell ideas to senior clients and involve them in the creative process. The ideal candidate will be genuinely curious about industry trends and emerging technologies such as generative AI, real-time production, volume stages, and digital studio innovation, actively experimenting with them and bringing that energy into the agency's work. Additionally, the role involves supporting business development efforts by contributing to pitches and new business initiatives, conceptualizing ideas, and shaping narratives. A high standard for quality and craft, with attention to detail, is essential.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in creative roles within experiential, events, or advertising.
  • At least a few years at the creative director level.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, experiential design, and integrated storytelling.
  • Proven ability to present and sell ideas to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, low-ego working style.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and their application in live and digital experiences.
