VP, Client Delivery

Attivo Partners
•$210,000 - $260,000•Remote

About The Position

Attivo Partners is a fast-growing finance and accounting consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, with teams serving venture-backed emerging-growth clients across the United States. The firm provides fractional CFO and accounting services to companies from inception through more than $50 million in revenue. The VP, Client Delivery is a senior, hands-on leader accountable for the quality, consistency, and profitability of finance and accounting services across the client portfolio. The role combines leadership of client service teams with VP Finance-level technical expertise. The VP oversees engagement delivery, approves key client deliverables, serves as the senior escalation point for client executives, provides technical finance leadership, manages and develops the delivery team, and owns Learning & Development. Working as a peer to the partners and internal CFO, this person takes day-to-day oversight, escalations, and staffing decisions off their plates. The position may offer a path to the leadership team for the right person. The role is remote, with New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area preferred. Travel is required at least twice a year for all-staff retreats and regional meetups, with additional client travel as needed. The position reports to a Partner and is full-time and exempt. The listed salary range is $210,000–$260,000, with a target annual bonus of 15–25%.
