Requirements

10+ years of business banking, commercial lending, or related experience
Strong ability to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships
Experience with commercial credit analysis and financial statement interpretation
Knowledge of commercial loan structures and risk management practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Develop and grow business relationships through expanding existing customer relationships, referrals, and active prospecting and networking
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing ongoing support and financial solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to business customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate lending and deposit solutions
Structure, analyze, and present commercial loan requests in accordance with bank policy
Partner with internal teams to deliver a full range of banking products and services
Monitor loan performance, credit quality, and relationship profitability
Represent the bank in the community through networking, events, and business development efforts
