About The Position

United Prairie Bank is hiring a Business Banker in our Spicer location. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. As a Business Banker, you will acquire new loan clients while managing existing client relationships. In this role, you will be expected to prepare and analyze financial statements and spreads, including adequacy of income and sufficiency of collateral, and prepare a presentation for loan committee.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management
• Thorough understanding of accounting practices
• Ability to read financial statements and understand complex financial measures such as cash flow and other financial ratios
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
