VP Business Applications

Coralogix•Boston, MA

About The Position

Coralogix is seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Business Applications to lead its Business Applications function, manage the existing team, and scale internal business systems and data as the company grows. The role owns the company-wide Information Systems strategy and enterprise applications across functions including G&A, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success. It also leads system integrations, data, automation, and AI adoption. The VP will define and execute the IS roadmap, establish a unified intake and prioritization process for system requests, and oversee the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications. The role owns the integration layer and system data flows, builds a governed data foundation with R&D, establishes shared data definitions and reporting, and advances automation and practical AI adoption across business teams. The position partners with department leaders on end-to-end processes while maintaining ownership of the supporting systems, data flows, and standards. It also establishes governance and controls for system use, access, and change management, ensures audit readiness, and manages vendors, licensing, renewals, and technology budgets. In the first year, the role is expected to take DealHub CPQ live end to end; map systems, integrations, owners, and costs and monitor key integrations; launch the first phase of a data platform with automatically updated ARR and product-adoption reporting; select and roll out an FP&A planning system for the next planning cycle; and deliver automation and AI use cases with measured time savings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems, including 3+ years leading teams.
  • Proven experience managing teams across locations and owning systems across multiple business functions.
  • Hands-on knowledge of system integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and integration platforms such as Workato.
  • Experience leading system implementations, including at least one full ERP, CPQ, or quote-to-cash rollout.
  • Experience defining technology roadmaps and managing vendors.
  • Experience building a data platform or reporting layer, including shared metric definitions.
  • Practical experience putting AI tools and agents to work in business processes.
  • Experience with internal controls and audit readiness (SOX or similar) in a multi-entity, multi-currency company.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach, including the ability to build a workflow personally.

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, including NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, CaptivateIQ, ZIP, Gong, and Monday.
  • Ensure enterprise applications are used to their full capability.
  • Manage the Workato integration layer and data flows between systems, ensuring key integrations have owners, monitoring, and recovery paths.
  • Work with R&D to build a governed data platform combining product-usage data with business-system data.
  • Deliver automated reporting on ARR, margin, and product adoption; own master data and shared metric definitions.
  • Automate recurring manual work across Finance and other teams and help less technical teams build and use AI agents in daily work.
  • Maintain a pipeline of automation and AI use cases and measure time saved.
  • Partner with department leaders to design end-to-end processes, including quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
  • Define policies, standards, and processes for system usage, access, and change management; conduct regular access reviews and segregation-of-duties reviews, and keep systems audit-ready.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and technology-related budgets, checking actual usage before renewals.
  • Take DealHub CPQ live end to end, including its connection to Salesforce, NetSuite invoicing, and CaptivateIQ commissions.
  • Map systems, integrations, owners, and costs, and establish monitoring for every key integration.
  • Launch phase one of the data platform with automatically updated ARR and product-adoption reporting.
  • Select and roll out an FP&A planning system in time for the next planning cycle.
