About The Position

The Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Agentic Experience is a transformational executive leader, enterprise architect, and player-coach who champions a federated (“co-build”) IT operating model. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this role leads the Financial Systems, People Technology, and Enterprise AI Lab teams. The executive partners with leaders across Finance, People (HR), and Customer Success / Post-Sales to co-design autonomous workflows and architect the enterprise AI platform infrastructure needed to deliver them securely at scale. The role leads the Enterprise Technology & Business Transformation organization, encompassing Financial Systems, People & Productivity Systems, and the Enterprise AI Lab. It bridges enterprise software architecture with AI engineering and agentic workflows to modernize internal business operations. The position is US-based remote, with periodic domestic travel typically 10–20% and in-person interview attendance required. The executive will assess and transform enterprise applications and operating models; establish the AI Lab’s charter and governance; identify, pilot, and scale agentic workflows; and develop the infrastructure, security controls, engineering practices, and metrics needed for enterprise adoption. Success includes deploying production solutions across Finance and HR, standardizing agentic architecture and security guardrails, and evolving the organization into a product-minded, AI-first engineering team. A bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience, is required; an advanced degree such as a Master’s or MBA is preferred. The estimated US base salary range is $214,700–$361,906. The role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or role-specific commission and potential equity participation.
