About The Position

TIFIN builds the AI operating layer for wealth. Our platform delivers agentic workflows across the industry’s core personas—investors, advisors, investment teams, and operations—so financial institutions can move faster, serve more clients, and deliver better outcomes with the same (or fewer) resources. We combine finance-native AI, specialized data, and enterprise-grade controls to deploy secure, compliant capabilities into real production environments. TIFIN @Work is our AI-powered workplace-to-wealth platform. We help employees make smarter financial decisions and intelligently connect them to advisors at the moments that matter, turning workplace relationships into a real growth engine for advisor practices. The VP, Advisor Enablement is the person who makes that engine run. As a critical member of our sales organization, you'll partner with advisors across our ecosystem to help them bring @Work to their plan sponsor clients. The best people in this seat go deeper than a product conversation, they reshape how an advisor thinks about their book. You'll show them how @Work bridges retirement and wealth, win their conviction, and pair with an implementation lead on the Success Team to take it from there. What makes this role different: you're not chasing logos or grinding outbound. You're working with advisors who are already in our world, helping them see an opportunity they haven't fully grasped yet. The advisors who lean in see real growth in their practice. Your job is to meaningfully expand that group.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years working with RIAs in sales, enablement, or account management
  • Real fluency in how advisors run their practices and how retirement plan business actually gets won and grown
  • A consultative instinct, you'd rather change how an advisor thinks than push a product
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it changes the advisor's job

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with advisors and become their go-to resource for @Work
  • Help advisors find the right plan sponsor opportunities in their book and build the conviction to act on them
  • Consult on practice management, specifically how @Work bridges retirement and wealth management
  • Equip advisors to win net-new plans through prospect conversations, RFPs, and finalist presentations
  • Pair with implementation leads on the Success Team to drive plan sponsor engagement and rollout
  • Track workplace-to-wealth conversion outcomes and use them to deepen advisor engagement and sharpen our strategy
