About The Position

The Voyager 47 Concierge works at OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels and is expected to embody the company’s practice of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with its policies and procedures. The role attends to the needs of guests using the Voyagers 47 club lounge and supports the lounge’s daily operations.

Duties include setting up and breaking down the lounge, preparing food and beverages for breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal-period services, and assisting with ordering and monitoring food and beverage inventories, equipment, and supplies. The concierge must practice the “4 keys” during guest interactions, maintain a strong service-oriented attitude, work well with others, and be available for flexible days and shifts. A TB clearance issued within the last 12 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying the image of aloha.
• Attend to the needs of all Voyager 47 guests and perform duties related to the Voyagers 47 club lounge.
• Set up and break down lounge operations daily.
• Prepare food and beverages for morning breakfast, cocktail hour, and additional meal-period services.
• Assist with ordering and monitoring food and beverage inventories, equipment, and supplies.
• Practice the “4 keys” during all guest interactions.
