About The Position

ABC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team. The role supports an efficient, clean, safe warehouse operation and provides professional service to customers and coworkers. Duties may also include helping deliver materials to customers or jobsites and unloading and staging products at jobsites as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift at least 75–100 pounds.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls from the sales floor.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload and receive all OTR deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for company delivery trucks.
• Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned each day.
• Provide customer service.
• Double-check loads for accuracy and ensure they are securely prepared for delivery.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites when assigned, including unloading and staging products at jobsites.
• Treat customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner.
