About The Position

ABC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to provide leadership and direction to its warehouse team. The role supports an efficient, clean, safe warehouse and includes order processing, receiving, staging, loading, customer service, and responsible forklift operation. The lead may also assist with delivering materials to customers or jobsites, including unloading and staging products as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds minimum.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload and receive all OTR deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck.
• Perform rotating loading or unloading duties as assigned each day.
• Provide customer service and treat customers and coworkers helpfully and professionally.
• Double-check loads for accuracy and ensure they are secured for delivery.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
• Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites as assigned, including unloading and staging products at jobsites.
