About The Position

Vow’d Weddings is a wedding brand focused on being authentic, approachable, and fun. The Stylist joins a diverse team and serves as the bride’s advocate, completing her look from head to toe while creating the celebratory environment Vow’d is known for. The role involves delivering distinctive guest experiences in a service-oriented setting, styling brides and bridal parties, supporting sales goals, fostering local relationships, and assisting with administrative and merchandising work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Outgoing, with the ability to engage in both intimate settings and larger groups.
• Critical thinker who is nimble, flexible, and comfortable with change.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for community involvement and giving back.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences in a service-oriented environment.
• Use styling training to complete head-to-toe looks for the bride and bridal party, supporting conversion and average order value goals.
• Assist in building local relationships through outreach to small businesses, wedding vendors, and regional influencers.
• Support leaders with administrative and product merchandising tasks.
• Represent Vow’d Weddings’ core mission and values.
