About The Position

The Anthropologie Weddings Stylist supports the leadership team in driving sales, elevating the customer experience, and building lasting customer connections. This part-time role includes styling, outfitting education, team development, client outreach, and appointment booking. The Stylist serves as a brand representative, provides personalized styling advice and product recommendations, and uses technology to support client service, education, and in-the-moment transactions. The role collaborates with store leaders and peers on team development, sales strategies, store initiatives, visual standards, and business operations. It also involves sharing product knowledge and customer insights, building client relationships through outreach and events, and following store safety, inventory, and company policies. The position is located at 1 Walden Galleria, Buffalo, New York, 14225. The stated pay is USD $17.60 per hour.

Requirements

Experience in customer service and clienteling.
Experience as a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Enthusiasm for the Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings brands.

Develop authentic customer connections and provide expert styling advice, personalized experiences, and product recommendations.
Use technology to support a frictionless client experience, in-the-moment transactions, associate education, clienteling, and brand priorities.
Inspire the team through creativity, outfitting, positivity, confidence, respect, and helpfulness.
Collaborate with peers and leaders, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Partner with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies that support individual and monthly goals.
Help maintain a visually compelling, neat, clean, and organized store, and support weekly store objectives related to service, outfitting, and styling.
Assess Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations and identify business opportunities, taking measured risks to maximize sales and customer experience.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Participate in store communications and fit sessions, sharing product knowledge, trends, and styling priorities.
Provide customer experience and departmental insights to the Anthropologie Weddings leadership team and participate in district forums when applicable.
Build ongoing client relationships through outreach, networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and store events.
