About The Position

The Anthropologie Weddings Stylist supports the leadership team in elevating the customer experience and building lasting customer connections while contributing to sales. The role includes styling, outfitting education, team development, client outreach, and booking appointments. This is a part-time position at the new Anthropologie location in Wichita, Kansas.

The stylist represents the Anthropologie brand, provides individualized styling advice and product recommendations, and uses technology to support client service, transactions, associate education, and clienteling. The position also contributes to team development, store presentation and operations, product knowledge sharing, and ongoing client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and clienteling.
• Experience working as a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie and Anthropologie Weddings brands.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values.
• Build authentic customer connections, provide expert styling advice, and offer individualized product recommendations.
• Use technology to support a frictionless client experience, complete transactions, upsell, and share products unavailable in the store.
• Support associate education, clienteling, and brand initiatives through technology.
• Inspire and support the team through creativity, outfitting, and a positive, respectful approach.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
• Partner with leadership to mentor service and selling strategies that support individual and monthly goals.
• Help store leaders maintain a visually compelling, neat, clean, and organized store.
• Support weekly store objectives related to customer service, outfitting, or styling.
• Assess Anthropologie Weddings styling expectations and identify opportunities to drive store business and improve customer experience.
• Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store communications and fit sessions; share product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
• Provide customer experience insights to the Anthropologie Weddings leadership team and participate in district forums when applicable.
• Build client relationships through outreach, networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement at store events.
