About The Position
Most Holy Trinity Catholic Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer Volleyball Coach to lead our student-athletes during the fall volleyball season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students and is passionate about developing both athletic skills and character.
Requirements
- Must successfully complete all required volunteer screening and safe environment requirements prior to the start of the season.
Nice To Haves
- Experience playing and/or coaching volleyball is preferred.
- Ability to work positively with elementary and middle school students.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to modeling good sportsmanship and character.
- Willingness to support the mission and values of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Academy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead volleyball practices.
- Develop players' fundamental volleyball skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.
- Coach the team during games and tournaments.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for all student-athletes.
- Communicate practice and game schedules with players and families.
- Ensure student-athletes represent the school with integrity and respect.
- Follow all school and athletic policies and procedures.
