About The Position

Berrien Springs Public Schools is hiring a Junior Varsity Baseball Coach for the 2026–27 school year. The coach will provide direction to student-athletes, teach baseball fundamentals, and create a fun and encouraging environment while holding athletes to a high standard. The candidate will work as part of a team, take direction from the Athletic Director, follow district requirements and Board of Education policies, and use the BSHS Strength and Conditioning program. • Ability to handle complex and stressful issues or situations with sound judgment, common sense, and a calm demeanor.
• Impeccable character and compassion for students, families, and district staff.
• Willingness to use the BSHS Strength and Conditioning program.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with high school-aged students.
• Willingness to obtain an MHSAA CAP Certification.
