About The Position
This internship in Volunteer Services aims to provide support to the staff with clerical duties and special projects. The intern will work 15-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Computer skills, including MS Office and database software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Email triaging
- Applicant screening and onboarding
- Orientation preparation
- Communication with volunteers and their leaders
- Analyze volunteer reports/worksheets to identify concerns
- Database entry
- Other duties as assigned
