Volunteer Services Director
About The Position
The Volunteer Services Director oversees all aspects of volunteer involvement for the Summer Camp, ensuring that volunteers are effectively recruited, trained, scheduled, and supported throughout the camp season. This role works closely with camp leadership to identify volunteer needs, coordinate assignments for youth and adult volunteers, and maintain a positive, organized, and mission-focused volunteer environment. The director ensures proper documentation, provides orientations and guidance, monitors volunteer performance, and leads appreciation efforts to recognize contributions. Through strong communication and coordination, the Volunteer Services Director helps create a safe, welcoming, and efficient camp experience.
Requirements
- Experience in volunteer management or a related field.
