About The Position
Change Grow Live believes that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything we do. Those with lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best. We are looking for people who can help us engage with those who access our services, ensuring their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services. The base for this role is negotiable, as service user reps are based in their local CGL office.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Scheme check at a basic level.
Responsibilities
- Listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service.
- Representing the views of service users.
- Using feedback to help inform how services are developed and improved.
- Ensuring people hear about any decisions or changes made as a result of their feedback.
- Working with Change Grow Live staff.
- Connecting with the wider community.
