About The Position
Change Grow Live believes that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do, and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best. We are looking for people who can help us engage with those who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services. The base for this role is negotiable, as our service user reps are based in their local CGL office.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Scheme check at a basic level.

- Lived experience of accessing services.
Responsibilities
- Listen to people and share what you have heard with the service.
- Represent the views of service users.
- Use feedback to help inform how services are developed and improved.
- Ensure people hear about any decisions or changes made as a result of their feedback.
- Work with Change Grow Live staff.
- Connect with the wider community.
