About The Position
Change Grow Live believes that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything we do. Those with lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best. We are looking for people who can help us engage with those who access our services, ensuring their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Responsibilities
- Listen to people and share what you have heard with the service.
- Represent the views of service users.
- Use feedback to help inform how services are developed and improved.
- Ensure people hear about any decisions or changes made as a result of their feedback.
- Work with Change Grow Live staff and connect with the wider community.
