About The Position
This is a great opportunity for a volunteer who is looking to get exposure in behavioral healthcare. This volunteer would have patient facing contact and will support Sheppard Pratt’s research goals through data collection.
Requirements
- Mature and comfortable spending time in a hospital setting.
- Aligned with Sheppard Pratt’s mission statement: To improve the quality of life of individuals and families by compassionately serving their mental health, addiction, special education, and community support needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with helping waiting patients to complete the PROM (patient reported outcome measure) questionnaire on a department supplied tablet or on the patient’s cell phone/tablet.
