About The Position

Ellie Mental Health is expanding in the Capital Region and is seeking a compassionate and creative clinician to join their therapist-centered practice. The practice prioritizes therapist well-being and aims to make therapy accessible, authentic, and stigma-free. They foster a collaborative and values-driven environment with a focus on flexibility, creativity, and work-life balance. The role involves providing individual and/or family therapy, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. The position requires approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status and participation in team meetings and trainings. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
