Position Summary Reporting to the Executive Director, the Volunteer Coordinator supports the mission of Ben’s Bells by creating a warm and welcoming environment for all volunteers. This position focuses on recruiting and retaining individual volunteers, as well as cultivating relationships with schools, organizations, and businesses, to provide the organization with a robust, engaged volunteer pool to assist with production, mural installation, outreach, retail events, etc.
