About The Position
This is a volunteer application for the 2026-2027 school year at West Jordan High. Volunteers who will have significant unsupervised access to children, as determined by the school principal, must complete a volunteer application annually. After the principal reviews the application, the school will determine if a fingerprint/background check is needed (at no cost). Volunteers must also complete the "Code of Conduct" training and sign an acknowledgement form before visiting HR for the background check, as required by the Utah Legislature in 2019.
Requirements
- Complete the Volunteer Application annually.
- Bring a state-issued ID to the Human Resource Department for a scheduled appointment.
- Take the "Code of Conduct" training.
- Sign an acknowledgement form before visiting HR to complete the background check.
