2026-2027 Volunteer Application - South Valley
About The Position
This is a volunteer application for the 2026-2027 school year in South Valley. Interested individuals can contact the front office of Jordan School District's schools to express their interest. Volunteers who will have significant unsupervised access to children, as determined by the school principal, must complete a new Volunteer Application annually. Following application review, the school will determine if a fingerprint/background check is necessary (at no cost). Volunteers must bring a state-issued ID to the Human Resource Department for their scheduled appointment. Additionally, as required by the Utah Legislature in 2019, volunteers must complete the "Code of Conduct" training and sign an acknowledgement form before visiting HR for the background check.
