2026-2027 Volunteer Application - South Jordan Middle
About The Position
This is a volunteer application for South Jordan Middle for the 2026-2027 school year. Interested individuals can contact the school's front office. Volunteers with significant unsupervised access to children, as determined by the principal, must complete a volunteer application annually. They will also need to schedule a fingerprint/background check (at no cost) after their application is reviewed by the principal. A state-issued ID is required for the appointment with the Human Resource Department. Additionally, as mandated by the Utah Legislature in 2019, volunteers must complete the "Code of Conduct" training and sign an acknowledgement form before their background check appointment.
