Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of general education or tutoring experience.
  • Highly comfortable working digitally with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with proper insurance coverage.
  • Willingness to undergo a standard drug screen and comprehensive background check (Federal, State, and County).
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed on-site).

Responsibilities

  • Identify individual strengths and interests to craft customized, person-centered employment plans.
  • Lead clients through the full employment lifecycle—from resume building and interview prep to hands-on, on-the-job coaching.
  • Advocate fiercely for reasonable accommodations and assistive technology to ensure an equitable, level playing field.
  • Connect with local Remington employers to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures and diverse teams.
  • Provide ongoing, dedicated support to ensure smooth workplace integration and future career advancement.
