Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts) OR Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
Minimum of 3 years of general education or tutoring experience.
Highly comfortable working digitally with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with proper insurance coverage.
Willingness to undergo a standard drug screen and comprehensive background check (Federal, State, and County).
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed on-site).

Responsibilities

Identify individual strengths and interests to craft customized, person-centered employment plans.
Lead clients through the full employment lifecycle—from resume building and interview prep to hands-on, on-the-job coaching.
Advocate fiercely for reasonable accommodations and assistive technology to ensure an equitable, level playing field.
Connect with local Remington employers to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures and diverse teams.
Provide ongoing, dedicated support to ensure smooth workplace integration and future career advancement.
