About The Position

SeaWorld is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become Ambassadors for a seasonal position. This role involves bringing joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world through performance. The position is part of the Howl-O-Scream 2026 event.

Requirements

• Prepare 16 bars of a pop or rock song selection.
• Bring sheet music for the provided pianist; no CD accompaniment.
• Bring an audition book with additional song selections.
• Male Vocalist: Singer/mover, mysterious, irresistible, sexy bad boy with a modern edge, strong pop-rock singer with rock screams and ability to rap, moves well, top note A.
• Female Vocalist: Singer/mover, sexy, powerful, and feisty, rock/R&B singer who moves well, low to an F#.
• Must be available for all rehearsal dates: August 21, 24-28, 31, September 1-3, 8-10, 16.
• Must be available for all Howl-O-Scream 2026 event nights: September 18-19, 25-26, October 2-4, 9-11, 15-18, 22-31.
• Must be available for approximate shift times of 5:45pm to 12:00am during event nights.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to rap (for male vocalist role).
• Ability to perform rock screams (for male vocalist role).

Responsibilities

• Perform as a singer/mover in the Monster Stomp show.
• Showcase vocal range and ability in pop, rock, and R&B styles.
• Incorporate rap and rock screams as required for the male vocalist role.
• Be available for all rehearsal and event dates.
• Work evening shifts during the Howl-O-Scream event.
