About The Position

This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position responsible for assembling and displaying merchandise. The role involves moving merchandise to and within the sales floor, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and updating them to reflect inventory or promotional changes. The position requires adherence to company policies and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Positive attitude when working with customers.
Knowledge of merchandise handling and employment procedures.
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, typing, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 25 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

Assemble merchandise after it is unloaded and staged for the floor.
Move merchandise to the floor using carts.
Move merchandise from one bay to another as instructed.
Ensure merchandise being displayed looks its best.
Change or rotate displays and signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion.
Perform any other duties as requested by management.
