Requirements

  • Obsessively detail-oriented.
  • Great communicator: You can chat with clients naturally on the phone and write emails that sound like a human wrote them.
  • Visual sense: You don't need to be a master designer, but you should understand the basics of visual communication so you can talk shop with our clients and design team.
  • Reliable: Since we’re a small team of 5, every person matters. We need someone we can count on.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge the gap between our clients' ideas and our creative execution.
  • Be the organizational backbone of the team.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients who already want to work with us.
  • Listen to what the client needs, figure out the scope, and put together accurate project estimates.
  • Ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
