Requirements

Obsessively detail-oriented.
Great communicator: You can chat with clients naturally on the phone and write emails that sound like a human wrote them.
Visual sense: You don't need to be a master designer, but you should understand the basics of visual communication so you can talk shop with our clients and design team.
Reliable: Since we’re a small team of 5, every person matters. We need someone we can count on.

Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between our clients' ideas and our creative execution.
Be the organizational backbone of the team.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from clients who already want to work with us.
Listen to what the client needs, figure out the scope, and put together accurate project estimates.
Ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
