Visiting Assistant Professor of Business
About The Position
The Visiting Assistant Professor of Business position involves a 9-month appointment with the possibility of summer teaching for additional compensation. The primary focus is on teaching undergraduate and graduate (MBA) courses in management. Service to the department, college, university, and profession is expected, including committee assignments and program development. The role also involves working with the Chair or Dean on student enrollment and retention initiatives. The employee is expected to provide high-quality, professional services and timely responses, supporting the mission of Sul Ross State University.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to teach face-to-face, teleconference and online in a dynamic environment with a diverse student population.
- Must adhere to FERPA.
- Position is Security Sensitive.
