About The Position

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. As a Visitation Specialist you will work airside and communicate with local representatives and flight crews on a daily basis to assist and ensure catering operations are smooth and according to specifications. Your ability to work courteously and represent Gate Gourmet as a professional at all times is critical because you serve as liaison between customers and the operations teams.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain & maintain a YVR Restricted Access pass (RAIC) and airside vehicle operators permit
• Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean Driver’s abstract
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems and think quickly under stressful circumstances
• Good communication skills reading/ writing

Responsibilities

• Work airside and communicate with local representatives and flight crews on a daily basis to assist and ensure catering operations are smooth and according to specifications.

• Communicate with Supervisors and co-workers.
