About The Position

The Visit Coordinator is the first point of contact for the Admissions Department visitors. Responsibilities include working with the Student Ambassador Organization (SAO), evaluating campus tour and guides, training tour guides, scheduling interview appointments, campus tours, maintaining records, data entry, website updates, and other general office duties.

  • One to three years of clerical experience
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Working weekend registrations
  • Working special admissions events
