About The Position

This role serves as a leader who helps people move from attending to fully engaging in the mission of The Church of Eleven22® through Vision Engagement (VE) environments, processes and teams. This role partners with campus and central ministries to align all VE efforts to the discipleship journey of discovering and deepening a relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Five years of high-level experience leading peers in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent ministry experience preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Mortarstone, Rock, Planning Center, Basecamp and Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
  • Develop and execute creative materials and communication strategies for Vision Engagement events, initiatives, retreats, summits and webinars, ensuring alignment with churchwide vision and messaging
  • Host Vision Summits: Ensure staff, serve staff and hospitality are prepped to lead, care for and cast vision to all those in attendance in alignment with churchwide mission, vision and values
  • Own and manage partnership with Financial Planning Ministry (FPM)
  • Lead campus team in hosting onsite ONE Legacy events twice annually as well as webinars throughout the year
  • Review and track data between Rock and FPM Portal
  • Lead the strategy, development and evaluation of generosity communications across all ministry areas, using data and ministry health metrics to inform adjustments
  • Collaborate with ministry partners to celebrate generosity impact through testimonies and metrics via newsletters, digital channels and visual storytelling
  • Draft and send weekly Project Gratitude updates to Campus Pastors
  • Lead, develop and care for Vision Ambassadors and Vision Ambassador Leaders, including onboarding, training, care and ongoing engagement
  • Oversee systems, processes and communication rhythms for Vision Ambassadors across platforms (Rock, Mortarstone, SharePoint)
  • Partner with campus teams to execute Vision Ambassador discipleship experiences and events, including twice-annual campus gatherings
  • Continuously evaluate and innovate connection strategies to deepen engagement and discipleship among Vision Ambassadors
  • Partner with HR in a process to enhance our generosity culture for new and current staff, keeping in mind that all staff are Vision Ambassadors
  • Participate in and support churchwide "All-Skate" events and seasonal initiatives that advance the vision to be a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Other duties as assigned
