About The Position

Lead Systems Architect & Senior Business Analyst | Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Client Data Management System (CDMS) Project | 1-Year Engagement Enterprise System Architecture & Analysis: Directed end-to-end architecture evaluation and business analysis for the statewide Client Data Management System (CDMS), aligning technical specifications with complex state disability service workflows. Business Process Redesign: Modeled and optimized core business processes to streamline client intake, eligibility tracking, and service distribution across regional APD offices and service providers. Requirements Architecture: Facilitated cross-functional discovery workshops with executive stakeholders to engineer comprehensive functional and technical requirement documents (FRDs/TRDs), traceability matrices, and data migration guidelines. Public-Sector Procurement Support: Drafted high-rigor technical specifications and evaluation criteria for public-sector procurement documentation (RFP/ITN) to support compliant, transparent vendor sourcing and technology acquisition. Implementation Roadmap & Governance: Structured the multi-phase project execution roadmap, defining release milestones, risk mitigation protocols, cutover strategies, and organizational change management frameworks. Stakeholder Facilitation & Technical Documentation: Partnered with executive leadership, IT leadership, and frontline operational personnel to drive consensus and author executive briefs, system design documents, and user guide manuals.
