About The Position

The Virtual Training Specialist will deliver virtual simulation instruction in support of SOMTC training programs. This role involves facilitating realistic training scenarios aligned with mission requirements, supporting the development and refinement of simulation-based training materials, and ensuring training effectiveness through feedback, assessment, and after-action reviews. The position is located at Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC, and requires a SECRET clearance.

Requirements

• Associate degree; 2 years as SOF or closely related military training/assignment may substitute for education.
• Military Instructor Training Course or civilian equivalent required.
• Military combat arms background.

Nice To Haves

• Instructor experience using virtual simulations.
• Knowledge of emergency close air support procedures and artillery/mortar call-for-fire procedures.
