About The Position

Quiktrak is seeking a Virtual Training Facilitator to deliver engaging, live online training sessions that prepare our inspectors and partners for success in the field. This role is central to how we translate complex processes and system workflows into clear, actionable learning experiences. You will facilitate instructor-led sessions using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, helping learners confidently navigate Quiktrak’s tools, procedures, and expectations. This is not a passive delivery role—we’re looking for someone who can actively engage participants, adapt in real time, and drive meaningful learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience facilitating live, interactive virtual training sessions
  • Strong proficiency with Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams in a training context
  • Demonstrated ability to engage adult learners in a virtual environment (beyond lecture-style delivery)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Experience training in a professional or operational environment
  • Reliable home setup for virtual delivery (audio, video, and internet)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design
  • Experience delivering training related to field operations, inspections, or technical systems
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and performance-based training approaches
  • Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams
  • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement of training content and delivery

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate live, instructor-led virtual training sessions for inspectors and other stakeholders
  • Create interactive learning environments using chat, polls, breakout rooms, and guided discussion
  • Translate operational processes and system workflows into clear, learner-friendly instruction
  • Adapt delivery style in real time based on participant engagement and feedback
  • Partner with Learning & Development and Operations teams to align on training goals
  • Provide feedback to improve training materials, clarity, and learner experience
  • Ensure sessions are delivered professionally, on time, and with clear outcomes
