A Virtual Teller is responsible for delivering superior, efficient, and accurate service to members through the credit union's Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). As a frontline representative and the face of the credit union, this individual provides exceptional member service through live video interactions while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor during all video interactions. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other account-related transactions. Resolve member questions and concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate individual when necessary.
