About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems, good typing skills, and a solid history of customer service, including handling escalated, in-depth, and detailed conversations. The ideal candidate will be very outgoing, assertive, confident, and maintain an enthusiastic personality. This role involves working a 12pm to 9pm shift, including rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday). A shift differential pay of $5.00/hourly is available for specific weekend hours: Saturdays from 1pm to 6pm and Sundays from 12pm to 4pm.

Requirements

• PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems.
• Good typing skills.
• Solid history of customer service.
• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience.
• Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication.
• Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment.
• Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Strong computer and 10 key skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment.
• Knowledge of banking products and procedures.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
• 30 wpm typing skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
