Virtual Teller I
About The Position
This is a full-time, onsite position requiring strong PC skills with the ability to multitask between systems, good typing abilities, and a proven track record in customer service, including handling escalated and detailed conversations. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, assertive, confident, and maintain an enthusiastic personality. This role involves working a specific shift from 12 pm to 9 pm, including rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday). A shift differential pay of $5.00/hourly is available for certain hours: Saturdays from 1 pm to 6 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 4 pm.
Requirements
- PC skills with the ability to toggle between multiple systems.
- Good typing skills.
- Solid history of customer service.
- Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment and/or previous banking experience.
- Superior customer-service skills, including oral and written communication.
- Ability to effectively contribute to a positive team environment.
- Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must adhere closely to bank procedures and regulations.
- Strong work ethic and high integrity.
- Strong computer and 10 key skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service or call-center environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and procedures.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
- 30 wpm typing skills.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
