About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a Virtual Supervising Physician to provide physician oversight for approximately 3,000 homebound Medicare patients cared for primarily by advanced practice providers. The physician will conduct annual telehealth visits, review and sign patient care plans, and oversee care management between visits. Visits are video-first, with audio-only available when needed or preferred, and are scheduled for 15–20 minutes using an auto-dialer. The target workload is approximately 20 visits per day, or 4,000–5,000 visits per year. The physician will serve as general supervising and collaborating physician for a pod of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, including maintaining state collaboration agreements. Responsibilities also include reviewing clinical escalations, conducting chart audits, signing staff skills exams and operational checklists, training care coordinators, and providing clinical guidance and quality-assurance feedback to APPs. Ancillary services such as Annual Wellness Visits, Advance Care Planning, cognitive assessments, and transitional care management may be completed during visits. The role uses OA, Ennoble Care’s clinical and operations platform, and reports to the Regional Chief Medical Officer for the market. Compensation is per activity rather than a base salary. At full-time volume, total compensation targets $240,000–$270,000 per year. The role includes occurrence-based professional liability coverage, annual CME reimbursement, and company-paid licensure and certification costs, including additional state licenses. Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship before an offer is extended.
