About The Position
The Virtual Sales Consultant helps homeowners confidently move forward after insurance approval by guiding them through the contract process, material selections, upgrade options, and next steps in their roofing project. This role serves as a key part of Apple Roofing’s customer journey by creating clarity, building trust, and ensuring homeowners feel supported throughout the process, all while operating in a virtual environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently

- Roofing or insurance restoration experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Review approved insurance scopes with homeowners
