About The Position

QXO is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined book of SMB customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves consultative selling, building long-term relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of inside/virtual sales or account management experience
  • Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Ability to work onsite in Coppell, TX

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a book of business
  • Background in customer retention and account growth
  • Building materials industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships with assigned customers
  • Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions
  • Own the virtual sales cycle from discovery through follow-up
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand share of wallet
  • Partner with branches and field teams to support customer success
