About The Position

The Virtual Sales Manager is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction for the WorldMark Sales Line. This role involves adhering to sales policies, representing the company ethically, and delivering required sales targets. The manager will also be involved in training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance of direct reports, participating in daily sales meetings, and leading by example with professionalism. Collaboration with trainers for initial and ongoing training is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience in the vacation ownership profession is preferred.
  • Sales management experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent coaching and teaching skills.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs and values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology and various computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Presents oneself as a professional role model.
  • Works successfully at all levels of the company.
  • Track record of success selling Wyndham Destinations products.
  • Ability to commute is required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined sales targets.
  • Assist in personnel selection and development.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines.

  • Effectively deliver and maintain required sales targets.
  • Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports.
  • Constructively involve in daily sales meetings.
  • Lead by example by maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with Trainers in facilitating initial and ongoing training.
  • Set an example for desired behaviors and performance by maintaining monthly sales performance targets.
  • Assist the site leader with hiring and training new sales reps.
  • Act as a mentor to new sales reps.
  • Assist with monthly collaboration/review with low producers on team.
  • Complete at least one self-development task assigned by the site leader per quarter.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings with sales leadership.
