Here, you will make an impact by: Leading and supporting a team responsible for maintaining continuity of order execution and a consistent hospital experience during periods when medical sales coverage is temporarily unavailable Providing clinical and operational oversight to ensure orders are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and within defined scope boundaries Partnering closely with medical sales teams, hospitals, and operations leaders to support patient transitions and reduce customer disruption Serving as an escalation point for complex order coordination issues, ensuring appropriate resolution Reinforcing compliance, role clarity, and execution discipline across the VOSS team.
