The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Virtual Order Support Supervisor you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading and supporting a team responsible for maintaining continuity of order execution and a consistent hospital experience during periods when medical sales coverage is temporarily unavailable Providing clinical and operational oversight to ensure orders are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and within defined scope boundaries Partnering closely with medical sales teams, hospitals, and operations leaders to support patient transitions and reduce customer disruption Serving as an escalation point for complex order coordination issues, ensuring appropriate resolution Reinforcing compliance, role clarity, and execution discipline across the VOSS team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND four (4) years of experience in a clinical, healthcare operations, care coordination, or hospital-facing environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years experience in a clinical, healthcare operations, care coordination, or hospital-facing environment
  • Three (3) years experience leading, supervising, or mentoring teams in a healthcare or clinically adjacent operational environment
  • Two (2) years experience working directly with hospitals, nurses, case managers, or clinical staff
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering with medical sales, clinical sales, or nurse-based sales teams
  • Familiarity with home care, DME, or post‑acute care workflows
  • Experience supporting or standing up a new team, function, or operating model
  • Strong understanding of healthcare documentation workflows and insurance concepts that impact order progression
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration with clinical sales partners and operations teams
  • Strong judgment, communication, and escalation management skills in regulated environments
