RightMove Health is a digital health company focused on delivering value-based musculoskeletal (MSK) care, in partnership with the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). We aim to set a new standard for coordinated, expert-led care that helps individuals move better and faster. Our team consists of specialists in muscle, joint, and back health, including doctors, nurse practitioners, and advanced physical therapists, who provide virtual triage and nonsurgical care. We utilize HSS's extensive clinical protocols for over 95 conditions to offer prompt and accurate evaluations without delays. Our mission is to empower people to move and thrive. We operate as a high-performing team that values speed, deep collaboration, and precise execution. As a startup with enterprise-level rigor, we encourage our operators, engineers, and clinicians to challenge norms and enhance patient outcomes. Our core values include performing to win by delivering measurable results, communicating directly with respect, moving as one team, acting with agency through high trust and accountability, and choosing optimism to bring energy and perspective. This role involves serving as a Virtual Occupational Health Physical Therapist (Evaluation-Only) for employer-partner populations across various job types, including industrial, warehouse/fulfillment, corporate, and office-based roles. The primary focus is on single-encounter, virtual musculoskeletal evaluations. The core objectives are to accurately route employees to the appropriate next-step care pathway and to clearly describe the disabling condition to aid the accommodation process. The Physical Therapist will assess the employee's condition, determine work-relatedness and injury severity, identify red and yellow flags, and translate these findings into a specific care pathway decision and a clear clinical description of functional limitations. This information will be used by the employer's accommodation team to determine and implement any necessary duty modifications. The PT will not be responsible for making the accommodation decision but will provide the essential clinical basis for it. This position does not involve managing a treatment caseload; instead, all cases will be handed off to the appropriate pathway (e.g., self-directed home program, virtual PT, in-person referral, or workers' compensation coordination), with follow-up communication to Care Coordinators. The role reports to the VP of Care Delivery.
